REFUND POLICY

You may return non-exempted products within fourteen days of your purchase date, after which we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Eligible returns must be unused, and in the same condition you received them.


These goods are exempt from being returned/refunded:

• Sale items

• Sananga Eyedrops

• Kambo Sticks or Powder

• Shipping Costs

Refund processing

Your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within seven days. If you paid using Venmo, your refund amount would be less 1.9% + $0.10. (This is the non-refundable Venmo fee that we incurred to receive your money).


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after seven days of issue, first recheck with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time to appear on your statement.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s). The original shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider purchasing additional shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
