Refund policy

You may return non-exempted products within 45 days of your purchase date, after which we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Eligible returns must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

These goods are exempt from return or refund:

  • Sale items, including bundles
  • Sananga eyedrops
  • Opened bulk items (a sample is provided for approval before opening)
  • Kambo sticks or powder
  • Shipping costs
  • Shipping insurance

Refund processing

Your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within seven days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after seven days of issue, first recheck with your bank or credit card company — it may take some time to appear on your statement.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s), and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider purchasing additional shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
