Sananga Eye Drops — Fresh from the Katukina, Kuntanawá & Yawanawá

Our sananga eye drops are made fresh for us by Katukina, Kuntanawá and Yawanawá medicine makers in Acre, Brazil — wild-harvested Tabernaemontana sananho root, steeped, filtered and bottled in glass before it leaves the forest. In the Amazon, sananga is worked with to clear panema (heavy, stagnant energy) and to bring presence and stillness before kambo, rapé, prayer or meditation. Every bottle supports the family that made it.

Choosing your strength

All three are the same plant; tribe and preparation set the strength. If you are new to sananga, start with Soothing.

Soothing — Katukina: made from dried root bark, the gentlest of the three. The natural place to begin, and gentle enough for more than once a day.
Balanced — Kuntanawá: fresh root shavings, a middle strength for steady, regular practice.
Powerful — Yawanawá: fresh root shavings, the strongest we carry — for experienced practitioners.
Trio bundle: all three strengths, 15% off — find your level, or progress through them.
Root bark powder: dried Katukina bark to make your own fresh sananga at home.

What you receive

A sealed glass dropper bottle — ⅓ oz (9 ml) or ½ oz (15 ml) — prepared in small, made-to-order batches and shipped to us regularly, so it arrives fresh. Keep it refrigerated; unopened bottles stay potent for six months. Orders placed before 11am CST ship the same day from our US warehouse, and sananga travels well unrefrigerated for the few days in transit. Sananga stings sharply for a minute or two on application — in the tradition that is the medicine at work. It is not psychoactive. Mini Sananga FAQ

A 7 ml bottle holds roughly 140 drops. At the recommended 2 drops per session (one per eye), that gives you about 70 sessions—enough for a little over two months of daily use, well within the three-month freshness window.
Sananga is a non-scheduled herbal eye drop, so it usually clears customs without issue. We ship with herbal HS codes; delays are rare, but if your parcel is stopped we'll provide you with support.
Unopened bottles stay potent for six months if kept refrigerated. After opening, we recommend finishing within three months and storing in the fridge between uses.
Our partners prepare Sananga in small, made-to-order batches and ship it to us regularly. Each bottle arrives potent and fresh, infused with the medicine makers’ ceremonial energy.
Sananga is robust enough to ship unrefrigerated when freshly prepared. You’ll receive your Sananga in a sealed glass dropper bottle—just pop it in the fridge as soon as it arrives.

I look forward to the sting

I have found after sitting with the Katukina Sananga Soothing eyedrops that I feel a lightness and clarity to Spirit that helps me to work more deeply with Hapé, or just to meet the day.

My Sananga arrived in good time and was packaged well.

So these do sting a bit, but somehow I'm getting the hang of it an even looking forward to using them. I suspect (and I can't know), that they are enabling me to clarify some things, e.g. see things more clearly. Most odd!
