Shipping policy
USPS orders receive same-day shipping Monday through Friday when placed before 11am local time in New Mexico. Orders placed after 11am are shipped the next day. Orders placed after 11am on Fridays will ship the following Monday. UPS International orders are shipped only on Mondays, and the cutoff time is 11am local time in New Mexico. Special Note: Orders containing Sananga are shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid the weekend.

Checkout: Delivery Estimates and Options
At checkout, the delivery times you see are meant to serve as estimates and should be used as a general guide. Based on our experience, these estimates are accurate the majority of the time. Nevertheless, there are instances when a package may be delayed due to factors outside of our control.
For those critical deliveries where timing is essential, we suggest opting for Priority Mail Express®. This service offers a robust delivery solution, promising next-day to 2-day delivery by 6 PM. This expedited option comes with a money-back guarantee if the delivery does not meet the specified timeframe. (Priority Mail Express Items Addressed to Alaska and Hawaii: As of August 1, 2023, USPS will no longer process refund requests for guaranteed service on these items. Refund requests for loss will still be processed.)
Alternatively, USPS Priority Mail is often a swift and reliable method, with typical delivery times ranging from 1 to 3 business days. These times are contingent upon the package's origin, destination, and the time it is dropped off. However, it’s important to note that the expected delivery date for USPS Priority Mail is an estimate, not a guarantee, and does not offer a money-back guarantee if the package is delayed.
We prioritize dispatching orders promptly to ensure that your package is on its way to you as soon as possible. Nonetheless, once the package is in the hands of the carrier, the exact delivery timeline is out of our hands. We appreciate your understanding in the rare event that a delay occurs.
Shipping Updates / Tracking
Once your items have shipped you'll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. We suggest you signup for notifications at USPS. If you cannot find your order confirmation email with tracking number, please check your spam folders.
IMPORTANT: If you experience a delay or delivery problem, the first step is to contact USPS. Often it is easier to visit your local post office and ask them directly. USPS has hand scanners that record the GPS location of each delivery, so if your package status indicates it is delivered and you cannot locate it, please ask for the GPS information at your post office. Often it turns out packages are left in an unusual place or with a neighbor.
Customs Inspection
If your package is subject to a customs inspection, it may be delayed or seized. Shamanic Supply offers no compensation for seized packages. We suggest that you carefully check the rules about importing our products into your country before purchasing.
Import Duties
Orders shipped outside of the United States may incur additional import duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying these import charges. Shamanic Supply ships packages DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and does not collect or prepay any VAT, duties, or taxes on your behalf. We unfortunately cannot predict what your import fees will be, as they vary by country. If you are ordering to an EU member country please read this. If your package is being held by customs due to unpaid duties and taxes, you will need to pay these additional charges before your package can be released for delivery.
Incorrect Address
We send orders to the address you provide on your customer account and cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is lost due to a bad address this is your responsibility. If the package is returned to us, we will happily send it back out to you if you cover the shipping costs.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Green Shipping Protection™️ by Corso
Green Shipping Protection is selected by default when you check out. If you untick the Green Shipping Protection box, your package will default to the carrier's insurance, which is just $100 of coverage in the case of USPS. Please note: It often takes time to receive money back from USPS, and sometimes claims are denied for odd reasons.
Green Shipping Protection will covers you for shipments which are:
- Lost
- Damaged
- Stolen / Porch Pirates
- Delivered, Not Received
- Wrong Items
- Wrong Address Delivery
- Customer Input Incorrect Address
- Return To Sender
- Origin Scan Only
- Arrived After Guaranteed Delivery Date
Reach out to Corso's customer service for assistance in replacing your order. You may contact them via live chat at reorder.corso.com or email at support@corso.com. Corso will need your order number and email address when placing the order.
You will find your order number in your order confirmation email. Shamanic Supply LLC will reject reorder submissions if they do not follow Corso's Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Insurance for orders over $600
Corso's Green Shipping Protection is unavailable if your order value is over $600. In this case, please contact rilee@shamanicsupply.com for an alternative insurance quote. We prefer not to send out high-value orders unless they are insured.
Liability
Shamanic Supply, LLC is exempt from liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and those which suffered carrier mishandling if the customer opts out of the Green Shipping Protection™️ or does not buy additional insurance.
