This policy explains what personal information Shamanic Supply, LLC collects when you visit or buy from shamanicsupply.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information you give us to fulfil it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number. When you browse the site, we automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser, and device type, which helps the site function and shows us how it is used.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship your orders, to answer your questions, to protect against fraud, and — only with your permission — to send you marketing emails about our products and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Cookies & analytics

Our store runs on Shopify, which sets cookies necessary for core functions such as keeping items in your cart and remembering your session. We also use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — we do not use it to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some conveniences (like a persistent cart) may not.

Services we work with

We share personal information only with the service providers that make the store work, and only to the extent needed for their role:

  • Shopify — hosts our store and processes checkout data on secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems.
  • Payment processors — card payments are handled by Shopify’s payment partners; if you choose to pay by bank transfer, your payment is processed by Wise. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Omnisend — sends our marketing emails to subscribers.
  • Judge.me — powers product reviews and may email you a review invitation after a purchase.
  • Corso — provides shipping protection and handles claims for covered shipments.
  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) — receive your name and address to deliver your order.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live — including the EU, UK, and California — you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
