Wholesale Terms of Service
MOV: Minimum order value is US$750.00
Shipping: Please note that shipping costs are not included and will be quoted at the time of your order. We ship exclusively via UPS to ensure fast, reliable delivery, and you’ll receive a tracking confirmation as soon as your package is on its way. If your order is lost, delayed, or destroyed by customs, we’ll replace it free of charge within 45 days of the shipping date.
Payment Terms: We accept payments via WISE or STRIPE—the latter supports all major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required once your order is accepted. Please let us know which payment method you prefer, and we’ll gladly accommodate your needs.
Insurance, Duties, and VAT: We ship DDU (delivery duty unpaid); therefore, you are solely responsible for any insurance, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the authorities in your country. The declared value is low, so any taxes levied should be reasonable.
Lead Time: Please allow up to two to three weeks for production time from the date of your order.
Delivery: Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery from the date of shipment. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds: All wholesale orders are considered final. In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged or with items missing, we will replace or refund the affected products. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order.
Governing Law: This wholesale agreement and any legal disputes that may arise shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
