- Shipped only on Mondays (cut‑off: 11 am MT New Mexico).

Delivery dates shown at checkout are auto‑generated by USPS and intended as general estimates—not guarantees. USPS is currently implementing major service changes as part of their Delivering for America plan , which may result in occasional delays.
Due to these ongoing changes—especially around weekends, holidays, and peak periods—please allow extra time for time‑sensitive shipments.
🔍 Shipping Updates & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We recommend signing up for delivery notifications on USPS.com. If you can’t find your confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
🕵️♂️ What to Do If There’s a Delay
First, contact USPS (in person at your local post office is often fastest). Ask for GPS‑stamp information from their hand scanners—it often reveals where a “delivered” package really is.
🌐 Customs Inspection
International packages may be delayed or seized for inspection—Shamanic Supply offers no compensation for seized goods. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
💸 Import Duties & Taxes
Recipients are responsible for all import duties and VAT. We ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and do not collect or pre‑pay any taxes on your behalf. If you are ordering to an EU member country please read our EU import guide.
📮 Incorrect Address
We ship to the address on your customer account—please verify it carefully. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll gladly resend once you cover the additional shipping costs.
🛡️ Shipping Insurance
- Default Coverage (Carrier’s Insurance): All orders automatically include your carrier’s basic insurance (e.g. USPS covers up to $100); please check your carrier’s coverage limits and terms before relying solely on default insurance. Clicking “Checkout without delivery guarantee” waives any supplemental coverage—you’ll be responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier.

Checkout+ Delivery Guarantee (Pre‑selected):
- For orders under $600, Checkout+ insurance is turned on by default at checkout.
- Covers lost, damaged, stolen/porch‑pirated packages, “delivered but not received,” wrong items, incorrect address entries, return‑to‑sender, origin‑scan only, and late deliveries beyond the guaranteed date.
- If you opt out by clicking “Checkout without delivery guarantee”, Shamanic Supply, LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or non‑delivery beyond your carrier’s basic insurance—you must follow up directly with the carrier.
- High‑value orders over $600: you can still add Checkout+ after checkout—just contact us and we’ll invoice you for the insurance premium.

Shamanic Supply, LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if you opt out of any supplemental protection (Checkout+ or Corso). In such cases, your sole recourse is to file a claim under the carrier’s default insurance.
