  • USPS (Domestic)
    • Orders placed before 11 am MT (New Mexico), Monday–Friday, ship same business day.
    • Orders placed after 11 am ship the next business day.
    • Orders placed after 11 am on Friday ship the following Monday.
  • UPS International & Domestic Express
    • Shipped only on Mondays (cut-off: 11 am MT, New Mexico).
    • Time Sensitive: Express Mail Request ;-) service is available by prior arrangement — please contact us to arrange.

Domestic (USPS Priority): Free on orders ≥ $99*

International (USPS Int’l First Class): Free on orders ≥ $285*

*Applies to merchandise total after discounts but before taxes/fees

USPS is currently implementing operational changes under its Delivering for America plan, which may result in occasional delays.

Please allow additional time during weekends, holidays, and peak shipping periods.

🔍 Shipping Updates & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We recommend signing up for delivery notifications at USPS.com.

If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

🕵️ What to Do If There’s a Delay

If tracking appears stalled or marked delivered but not received, we recommend visiting your local post office and requesting GPS scan data from the carrier’s handheld device.

🌐 Customs Inspection (International Orders)

International packages may be delayed or seized for customs inspection.

Shamanic Supply, LLC offers no compensation for goods delayed or seized by customs authorities. Please review your country’s import regulations before ordering.

💸 Import Duties & Taxes

Recipients are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees.

We ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and do not collect or pre-pay international taxes on your behalf.

📮 Incorrect Address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please verify it carefully.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to reship once additional shipping costs are paid.

🛡️ Shipping Protection & Delivery Guarantee

Shipping Protection (Powered by Corso) is automatically added at checkout for all carts under $1,000.

This supplemental coverage protects against:

  • Lost packages (including “origin scan only”)
  • Stolen or porch piracy
  • Delivered but not received
  • Damaged shipments
  • Wrong or missing items
  • Return-to-sender issues

Claims are handled through Corso’s streamlined resolution system — avoiding lengthy carrier investigations and reducing claim friction.

Opting Out of Shipping Protection

If you click “Checkout without Shipping Protection” at checkout (see example below), you are declining this supplemental coverage.

In that case:

  • Your shipment is covered only by the carrier’s default insurance (USPS typically covers up to $100).
  • You are responsible for filing any claims directly with the carrier.
  • Carrier claims may require formal investigations, documentation, and extended processing times.
  • Coverage limits may be significantly lower than your order total.

By opting out, Shamanic Supply, LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdelivered, or non-received packages beyond the carrier’s basic coverage.

Orders Over $1,000

Orders exceeding $1,000 automatically receive complimentary Shipping Protection after checkout at no additional charge.

This ensures high-value shipments remain protected during transit.

All Shipping Protection coverage is subject to Corso’s terms, conditions, and coverage limits.
