Not sure

I do not know how this one is supposed to be. The one I tried was very loose, very difficult to manage, but when I was able to use it the dust instead clogged very bad and was difficult to clean out from the nose and sinuses. A little calmer in my body but overall not entirely sure it is suppose to be like this normally, hmm.
