About Ayahuasca Vine Rapé (Hapé)

Few blends in our spiritual rapé collection carry more ceremonial resonance than this one. The Kuntanawa of Acre combine the bark of the Ayahuasca vine (Banisteriopsis caapi) with the leaves of Chacruna (Psychotria viridis) — the two plants at the heart of traditional Ayahuasca ceremony, and a partnership that indigenous Amazonians have understood for generations as one of the great wonders of the plant world. The vine is a massive, reaching liana that winds around the tallest trees and climbs toward the sky — spoken of in Amazonian tradition as the guide, the one that opens the door. Chacruna is the light that pours through it: a feminine spirit in Amazonian cosmology, illuminating what the vine reveals. Together with organic tobacco from Kuntanawa tribal lands, they form a rapé whose ceremonial depth is immediately felt.

Practitioners return to this one consistently. It is grounding and deeply centering — "clears the playing field, my mind settles, and I feel rooted and grounded," as one long-term practitioner put it — yet warm and expansive at the same time. Reviewers note hints of chocolate or cinnamon in the aroma, and a warm, prolonged vibration through the body during meditation. Many use it daily: to return to center after demanding days, to deepen their practice, or to open space before ceremony. Others describe it supporting vivid, lucid dreams. A little goes a long way.

New to rapé? Our ceremony guide covers intention-setting, dosage, and integration.

A note on this blend: Ayahuasca Vine rapé is a ceremonial nasal preparation — not a brew, and not psychoactive. The Banisteriopsis caapi and Psychotria viridis are present for their traditional and botanical significance, valued in rapé form for grounding, centering and ceremonial depth rather than visionary experience. It contains no DMT or psychoactive alkaloids in active form.

This Ayahuasca Vine rapé is meticulously crafted by the Kuntanawa tribe of Acre, Brazil, for our customers.

Storage & Shelf Life

Rapé (Hapé) snuff can remain potent for years when kept in a cool, dry, and dark location. To maintain its quality, ensure your hapé is tightly sealed and protected from any form of moisture. It is not recommended to store hapé in the refrigerator as condensation may form inside the container upon removal.

About Rapé (Hapé): Benefits & Safety

Rapé (hapé) is a traditional Amazonian preparation crafted from finely ground plants, botanicals, and tree ash, used ceremonially by Indigenous peoples of the Amazon basin across many generations.

Blends vary widely — most fall into three broad categories: spiritual, healing, or fortifying — each reflecting the intentions of the tribe and maker. Traditional use is ceremonial, approached with clear intention and respect for the plants and the tradition.

Please approach this rapé with care and clear intention — best used in ceremony or with conscious purpose.
