Hapé snuff can remain potent for years when kept in a cool, dry, and dark location. To maintain its quality, ensure your hapé is tightly sealed and protected from any form of moisture. It is not recommended to store hapé in the refrigerator as condensation may form inside the container upon removal.

What is Hapé (Rapé)?

Hapé snuff is a time-honored sacrament cherished by the tribes of the Amazon for centuries. This handcrafted preparation comprises dried, ground medicinal plants and tree ashes. Traditionally, hapé is administered via a unique bone or bamboo Kuripe pipe, blown directly into the nostrils.

Great blend, very relaxing and helps you focus

First time trying-Great!

Enjoyed this particular one. It has a licorice like scent and is fairly powerful. I’ve been using Rapé for over a year now & few are very powerful for me. But I enjoy that this one is. It gives a warm relaxing sensation. It truly helps with pain & ease autoimmune issues, inflammation & nerve pain. I will be adding this to my favorites along with Canela De Velho & Murici.

Powerful medicine

This is a new rappé for me and my husband and we absolutely love it. It has a beautiful clove scent (my husband says licorice!), and it’s a powerful way to begin the day or even reset in the afternoon. We were taught to start on the left (the prayer) and follow with the right (the giveback) and the Katsaral taught me this prayer: “Please help prepare me for the wisdom, knowledge, and healing that comes in” — and this giveback: “May all wisdom, knowledge, and healing that comes through me benefit everything I’m connected to.”

Powerful Distinct Flavor

Katsaral Hape is a robust blend of very distinct flavors that are very unique to this particular hape. It almost has a peppery, uplifting flavor that is both energizing and uplifting. I highly recommend this blend!
