About Tsunu Six Herbs Rapé (Hapé)

Tsunu Six Herbs is an extra strong rapé of the Katukina tradition — tobacco from tribal lands aged with jungle honey, combined with Tsunu tree ash (Platycyamus regnellii) and six plant allies.

The six: Cumaru seeds (Dipteryx odorata), star anise (Illicium verum), mint (Mentha arvensis), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Nissural leaves, and Katsaral (Mikania glomerata). Each herb contributes its own aromatic thread — sweet warmth, spice, freshness, citrus, earth — woven into a unified whole.

What practitioners return for is the quality of the complexity: not forceful, but wide. "Smooth but powerful," one describes; "a dark herbal aroma" that settles with depth. "Feels like a warm blanket," another writes — suited equally to morning practice and formal ceremony. Together, the six herbs bring a breadth and depth that single-ingredient blends rarely match.

Ready to go deeper? Our rapé ceremony guide covers intention-setting, dosage, and working with powerful ceremonial blends.

This Tsunu Six Herbs rapé is meticulously crafted by the Katukina tribe of Acre, Brazil, for our customers.

Storage and Freshness

Hapé snuff can remain potent for years when kept in a cool, dry, and dark location. To maintain its quality, ensure your hapé is tightly sealed and protected from any form of moisture. It is not recommended to store hapé in the refrigerator as condensation may form inside the container upon removal.

About Rapé (Hapé): Benefits & Safety

Rapé (hapé) is a traditional Amazonian preparation crafted from finely ground plants, botanicals, and tree ash, used ceremonially by Indigenous peoples of the Amazon basin across many generations.

Blends vary widely — most fall into three broad categories: Spirit & Ceremony, Grounding & Release, or Strength & Clarity — each reflecting the intentions of the tribe and maker. Traditional use is ceremonial, approached with clear intention and respect for the plants and the tradition.

Please approach this rapé with care and clear intention — best used in ceremony or with conscious purpose.
